Bettye LaVette has not been given her due. A singer of the highest order she has captured emotions on record in a way only a handful of her esteemed peers can claim. When she decided to release an album of interpretations of Bob Dylan’s music I was thrilled to help out. 
Through  hand-set woodblock type, classic layout choices and an understated palate we channeled a fittingly powerful design that suits the timelessness of the songs and the strength of Betty’s performances.
